| Paramount Group Australia was formed in 1999 and has primarily concentrated on the Tasmanian and New Zealand markets during the initial growth and consolidation stage of the business.
When Paramount Group Australia commenced in Tasmania (1999) there had been zero growth (in some cases negative) in real estate prices for approx. six years.
We saw an opportunity to acquire a substantial land bank and proceeded to secure strategically placed sites throughout Southern Tasmania.
To date the company has built over 500 homes and completed more than 11 developments. The company employs 52 full time staff and is Tasmania's largest residential builder and developer.
